What you’ll do · Convert briefs into clear, testable prompts to hit brand aesthetics and product specs. · Build moodboards, style refs, and prompt libraries ; maintain seeds/parameters for repeatability. · Generate and refine all-over prints, placements, motifs, and colorways ; hand off clean assets to the design/production team. · Collaborate with textile designers. Must-haves · Excellent English communication (written & spoken) and the ability to reason logically. · Hands-on skill with Midjourney / Adobe Firefly (or similar) for image-to-image, variations, upscale, and prompt tuning. · Analytical mindset · Strong taste level for fashion graphics, color, and trends. Big plus (not mandatory) · Basic Photoshop/Illustrator for quick clean-ups, tiling/seamless repeats, and mockups. · Experience with other AI tools (Stable Diffusion, ControlNet, upscalers). · Prior work in fashion/prints.
