As an Agri Advisor at KrishiVigyan, a growing startup dedicated to providing innovative agricultural products to farmers, you will have the opportunity to work from home and engage with farmers across India. Your primary responsibility will be to answer farmer queries over the phone, providing them with clear, accurate, and relevant advice on farming practices. By guiding farmers in selecting the right products from our offerings based on their specific needs, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and improving the productivity and success of farmers. To excel in this role, you should have a strong knowledge of agriculture, farming practices, and relevant products. Your passion for agriculture and genuine desire to help farmers succeed will be key in building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with farmers, fostering long-term loyalty. Additionally, your self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and eagerness to work in a startup environment will contribute to your success as an Agri Advisor at KrishiVigyan. Recording and tracking customer interactions and feedback will be essential to continuously improve the quality of service provided. Fluency in Marathi is required, along with a minimum of 1 year of experience as an Agri Advisor. A degree in BSC Agri or related field is preferred for this role.
