Role & responsibilities 1) Develop CNC programs using G-code or CAM software 2) Set up VMC machines by installing fixtures, tools, and workpieces 3) Estimate cycle times and optimize machining parameters for efficiency 4) Machine Setup & Operation 5) Diagnose issues related to tool wear , chatter , surface finish , or dimensional errors . 6) Modify programs or machine parameters to resolve problems 7) Recommend tooling changes or fixture improvements for better performance Preferred candidate profile
