Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Oracle Fusion - Sr. HCM Functional (Lead Payroll) Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for leading payroll implementation projects, providing functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM, configuring payroll modules, and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations. Daily tasks include collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, troubleshooting issues, conducting payroll testing, and providing user training and support. The consultant will also participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of solutions. Qualifications10+ Years Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, particularly in Core HR, Absence, payroll, OTL, Compensation & benefits modules configuration and implementationImplemented at least 2 to 3 end-to-end lifecycles.Preferably worked with an Indian or Middle East client.Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirementsAnalytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in troubleshooting payroll issuesAbility to lead projects, including planning, execution, and deliveryExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for client collaboration and user trainingAbility to work on-site in Hyderabad and manage time effectivelyBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fieldRelevant certifications in Oracle Fusion HCM and payroll management are a plus
