Job Description: We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding Krayon Entertainment’s presence in the entertainment industry, building strategic partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities: • Identify & Pursue New Business Opportunities : Research and identify potential clients, partners, and markets for Krayon Entertainment’s products and services. • Develop & Maintain Client Relationships : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry influencers. • Market Analysis : Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth. • Sales & Revenue Generation : Drive sales strategies, pitch to potential clients, and close deals to achieve revenue targets. • Negotiation & Contract Management : Lead negotiations for partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms. • Collaboration & Strategy : Work closely with the marketing, production, and creative teams to align business development efforts with company goals and strategy. • Brand Building & Outreach : Represent Krayon Entertainment at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to increase visibility and foster relationships. • Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics to senior management. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in the entertainment or media industry. • Strong understanding of the entertainment landscape, including film, digital media, and content distribution. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to build strong client relationships and effectively manage a sales pipeline. • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and drive business growth. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven approach. Preferred Skills: • Experience in the entertainment or media industry, including film, television, or digital content. • Knowledge of the latest trends in media consumption and distribution. • Strong networking skills and existing industry contacts.
