Poor Service, No staff corporation, I waited for almost 30 mins no one was available at the reception and the security guards also told that wait the staffs are on break (all of them went for break)

Very worst hospital in kolkata.The doctors from the hospital has told that the patient needs dialysis,but after the discharge when we consulted the doctor from the government hospital they told that the patient doesn't need any dialysis at present.

I would have given zero star, no professionalism, worst management, never take your patient for admission at night, night manager and security guards are dumbest human being ever met, no sympathy empathy towards patient or their attenders. Coming to treatment part that's again a big mess. " To Be at your own risk".

I noticed a senior citizen patient visited today under Emergency check up under CGH scheme is subject to conditional admission. It appeared that services and admission are subject to monetory capacity of patient. Request a little empathetic response from KOTHARI Management please.
