Job Title: Field Sales Executive Location: Kota, Rajasthan Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for actively engaging with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets within an assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through field visits. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Demonstrate and present products or services to potential customers. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities and performance. Provide feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement of products/services. Requirements: Proven experience in field sales or a similar role (1-2 years preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office. Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
