Do NOT book your tickets with Tripfur. NOT trustworthy ! I'm extremely disappointed with the way they are handling ticket refunds because of COVID-19 .Not only Tripfur is NOT giving full refund ,they are also demanding for EXTRA FEES to process the refund ! This is ridiculous ! Stay away from them.

Horrible Experience with the Care Team. They promised to take care of any changes but not even a single call from them to understand the situation. Nobody cares after the flights are booked. unfortunately not even a single care number from INDIA. My flights are cancelled and there is nobody to even call and ask on how to make changes .

Never use this portal for travel reservations or ready to pay heave loss. "Tripfur" and "Verto travel" both are the same company and zero customer service post reservation. Think thousand times before making a reservation via "TRIPFUR"

Tripfur will not refund the cancellation amount. They will stop picking up your calls & will not respond to your mails
