Booked the ticket from tripfur but because of some family emergency needs to cancel it, tripfur team help me with the full process and refund the amount on time. Now I have booked the ticket again from them and it was again a simple process. Really like their service and I will recommend it to everyone to go with them.

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD company, pretty sure most of 5 star reviews are fake or paid. This company is total fraud, I booked my tickets through them after few weeks, airline cancelled the flight and issued a refund but these guys only refunded partial amount and giving excuses for remaining refund. Their customer service is no good.

Good Customer service given for my 2 years old reservation. I contacted them for a refund after 2 years and they immediately actoned the booking for refund and within 2 weeks of time I got my money back. Immediate resolution provided. Looking forward to future bookings as well.

Their service team response is very slow but they got back my cancellation charges from airline after 2 months of continuous try. they even got full amount and it is a big surprise. They must to have a transparency with these process and communication.

Don't book with tripfur , it's just 50$ less than booking with airlines directly and the terms are pretty bad. I had to lose 800$ when the flights were cancelled duet to corona, qatar airways gave refund or vouchers but tripfur would give nothing. Total loss to me.
