Role Description Create and post engaging sports content (Reels, Carousels, Stories) Edit short videos from real events and tournaments Grow followers & engagement organically Brainstorm new campaign ideas to attract sports organizers and sponsors Learn analytics, storytelling & growth marketing firsthand Qualifications Strong interest in sports / fitness / media Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, or other editing tools Creativity, consistency & willingness to learn Stipend Unpaid trial for 3–4 weeks (to assess fit) ₹5,000–₹10,000/month performance-based stipend after trial Certificate + Letter of Recommendation + full-time opportunity
