Stewards Maintaining order, safety, and discipline within assigned areas Greet, guide, and support guests, participants, or team members Monitor activities and report issues or concerns to the Captain or supervisor Enforce rules, guidelines, and organizational standards respectfully Provide basic assistance during emergencies or incidents Support setup, operations, and breakdown of events or activities Act as a positive representative of the organization at all times Captains Lead and supervise Stewards and assigned teams Coordinate daily operations, schedules, and task assignments Ensure policies, rules, and safety procedures are followed Act as the main point of contact between management and Stewards Handle escalated issues, complaints, or emergencies calmly and effectively Provide guidance, motivation, and on-the-spot decision-making Submit reports or feedback on performance and incidents Skills & Qualifications For Stewards Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Team-oriented and reliable Basic problem-solving skills Willingness to follow instructions and protocols For Captains Proven leadership or supervisory experience Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills Ability to manage teams and make quick decisions High sense of responsibility and accountability Organizational and reporting skills
