We maintain a comprehensive stock of original Swedish-made Kanthal strips, wires, and various grades such as N80 (80/20), APM, AF, A-1, and D. Additionally, we supply KANTHAL heating systems like Fibrothal and Tubothal (Radiant Heaters with center rod design). Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Supervisor located in Ludhiana. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating with different departments, ensuring quality control, managing inventory, and maintaining strong customer relations. Additionally, the Supervisor will provide training and guidance to staff to achieve operational goals and uphold company standards. Qualifications Experience in operations and inventory management Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of heat treatment furnace components and KANTHAL products Ability to maintain high-quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field preferred Experience in a similar supervisory role in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus
