Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions. Resolve customer issue including product troubleshooting, warranty claims, replacement requests. Accurately log customer details and query resolutions in the CRM systems. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required. Provide product information, Order status updates and return/refund support.
