We are seeking a talented and motivated Associate Frontend Developer to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining user interfaces using React.js, working closely with designers and backend developers to create seamless and visually appealing web applications. The developer will also ensure the technical feasibility of designs, optimize application performance, debug issues, write clean code, integrate APIs, participate in code reviews, and stay updated on industry trends Required Qualifications and Skills: Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience and 1-5 years of frontend development experience, with some exposure to React. Technical skills should include proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, basic knowledge of React.js and its core principles, and familiarity with Git and RESTful APIs. Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility is also important. Basic knowledge of state management libraries like Redux is a plus. Soft skills required are strong problem-solving and communication abilities, the capacity to work collaboratively, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
