We are seeking experienced Subject Matter Experts in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics to contribute to our academic content development initiatives. You will play a key role in designing high-impact learning materials that will help students excel in their academics. Key Responsibilities: Create high-quality practice tests for classes 6-10 aligned with Bloom's Taxonomy and pedagogical principles focussed on Competency Based Practice . Design original higher order thinking questions going beyond rote memorisation focussing on competency-based assessments. Develop assessments to gauge competencies of students in understanding, analysis, application, evaluation & creativity and higher-order recall domains. Review, refine, and update existing content to maintain accuracy , engagement , and pedagogical value . Analyze assessment performance data for insights . Research and grasp educational trends and best practices deeply. Create effective strategies to address learning gaps . Stay updated on educational technology and trends . Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics/Biology/Chemistry/Mathematics or a closely related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in content development or teaching for classes 8 to 10 . Required Skills: In-depth knowledge of the subject and examination trends. Ability to create engaging , error-free , and logically structured academic content. Excellent written communication and content structuring skills. Familiarity with digital tools and platforms (e.g., LaTeX, GeoGebra, ChatGPT, etc.) is preferred. Prior experience in curriculum or study material development is highly desirable.
