This corporate park is situated somewhere in the centre of Bangalore.
Most of the times you'll find lot of rush outside it on the main road.
The reason I've given is 4 stars is because of the construction work going inside it.

Architecture is very good and Lots of good companies are present, good parking facilities are provided, only problem is road traffic nearby as it's on Bannerghetta road. Sometimes few lifts doesn't work properly which is kinda not good.
