Overall Role This is an on-site role in ABU DHABI !! The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing strategies to promote Knowledge Group’s products and services. This role plays a key part in enhancing brand visibility, driving demand, and supporting sales performance through integrated marketing activities. It also includes active involvement in field marketing (e.g., events, webinars, exhibitions), content marketing, and coordination with external media and PR partners. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver high-impact, multi-channel marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns Lead the planning and marketing execution for field events, webinars, exhibitions, and conferences Oversee collaboration with PR and media agencies to manage media relations and coverage Manage and lead the content marketing strategy across formats and channels Create and manage marketing materials (e.g., ads, brochures, event collateral) Work cross-functionally with telesales, web, and design teams for seamless execution Conduct market and competitor research to support campaign planning Track campaign budgets and timelines to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery Ensure all marketing content aligns with brand and business objectives Conduct post-campaign evaluations and recommend optimizations Grow and manage the marketing database to improve targeting and personalization Technical Competencies Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels Lead the creation and implementation of content marketing plans (blogs, brochures, thought leadership) Plan and manage participation in webinars, conferences, exhibitions, and in-house events such as Knowledge Days Coordinate with PR and media agencies to develop brand-aligned media coverage and press releases Manage agency and vendor relationships for content production, events, and digital execution Utilize CRM and marketing automation platforms for campaign deployment and lead nurturing Apply SEO, social media, and paid advertising tools effectively to amplify reach Use analytics tools to track, evaluate, and report on campaign performance Knowledge Solid understanding of field marketing, content marketing, and digital marketing tools Familiarity with PR/media landscape and external agency coordination Knowledge of industry-specific trends and best practices Awareness of marketing analytics, lead generation funnels, and campaign reporting Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field Professional Certificates Professional certifications (e.g., CIM, Google Ads, HubSpot) are a plus Working Experience Minimum of 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in B2B or education/training sectors
