The role of a Medical Content Editor is to work on manuscripts of medical books and other customized medical content authored by doctors in various specialties. Thorough understanding of Copy-editing and Proofreading skills and processes Direct communication with the authors to create high-quality manuscripts in the stipulated period. An ideal candidate who can think critically and skillfully, identify and articulate weaknesses in the format and writing of a manuscript. Candidates must have very good English communication skills (written as well as verbal) with a helping approach to the authors. The candidate should be able to help the authors identify and work through obstacles and firmly but diplomatically communicate with them
