Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Coordinator at Knotted Up. The role will be responsible for daily sales coordination tasks, providing exceptional customer service, effective communication, managing sales operations, and driving sales for the company. CONTENT STRATEGY: Learning under the tutelage of the Managing Partner, the Art & Science of the 4D’s for Creating Content Strategy : Determining our Customer Profile and Persona. Defining Content Buckets that our customers are interested in knowing, learning, consuming, engaging. Decoding our Customer’s Needs & Emotions (Fears, Pain Points, Problems, Needs, Desires, Fantasies) Developing Content Topics that can solve our customers needs & emotions. Practicing & Developing your skills & knowledge of Content Strategy, so as to do the exercise by yourself in the future. CONTENT CREATION: Creating of Scripts / Story Boards / References. Shooting of Videos, both within the office and on field visits. Creating / Collecting the Texts / Pointers for Infographics, Blogs, and Case Studies from the required the personnel. Recording of Client / Guest Testimonials during the planning process and at the event. Conceptualizing Incentives / Lead Magnets that can be offered to potential customers in exchange for contact info. CONTENT DESIGN & DELIVERY: Executing & Coordinating the Editing, Designing, and Writing of the Final Content to the posted / published. Coordinating with Internal and Outsourced Professionals, to ensure quality product output is delivered within a stringent timeline. Choosing the elements and vehicle in which the content will be packaged, so as to GRAB the target customers ATTENTION, ADD VALUE to them, and COMPEL them to take ACTION to ENGAGE with our Business. Selecting and maintaining consistency across the various Design Elements that will be used, which include : Colour, Typography, Image & Video, Shapes & Icons, Logo, and Theme. Choosing the appropriate Vehicles to Deliver Content, and following the guidelines with regards to these vehicles. These vehicles include : Infographic Marketing Blog Marketing Video Marketing Case Studies / Testimonials & Reviews Marketing Lead Magnets CONTENT DISTRIBUTION: Posting, Publishing, Sharing, Commenting, Responding, and Promoting of the content across online and offline platforms in order to increase awareness / grow followers of your brand and generate leads of potential customers. Measuring and Recording of metrics for each platform, as per the parameters decided by the management. Creating and maintaining a Marketing Calendar with all the elements required to ensure consistency, efficiency & effectiveness in distribution of content. MARKETING RESEARCH: Maintaining a working knowledge of the strategies, hacks, rules, tips, effectiveness, and metrics associated with each platform being considered for distribution.Gauging the clients pulse / apprehensions with regards to the proposal. Researching Insights and Trends on Social Media Platforms that keep the brand fresh, relevant, and top of mind. Conducting / Collecting, and Analyzing research on the needs, emotions, and preferences of our targets audience, either through self-activities or by coordinating with Marketing Research Agencies. Coordinating with the Operations Team to ensure the conduction of Customer Satisfaction Surveys. Coordinating with the HR Team to ensure the conduction of Mystery Shopping Surveys across Sales & Ops Team. MANAGEMENT REPORTING: Post learning & development, Preparation of Marketing Content Strategy to be showcased, discussed, and confirmed. Showcasing and confirming the Marketing Calendar for the Upcoming Quarter / Month, prior to the beginning of the quarter / month. Presentation of Marketing Metrics for posts / platforms on a Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly basis, so as to improve future strategy development. Reason & Requisitioning for Marketing Budget that is required to spent on Ads / Promotions. Reason & Requisition for any equipment / software that might be required to enhance the marketing function. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or brand communication. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset. Familiarity with content strategy frameworks, customer personas, and content planning. Hands-on experience with ideating, filming, shooting and editing content within a timeframe. Basic understanding of marketing analytics and social media platform performance metrics. Organized, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced, on-ground and online marketing activities.
