Key Responsibilities: Data Collection & Analysis: #Collect, organize, and analyze purchasing data from various systems (SAP, procurement platforms, etc.). #Develop dashboards and reports that provide visibility into procurement performance. # Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in purchase activities to help the business make informed decisions. Cost Savings & Efficiency: # Analyze spending patterns to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. # Support the procurement team in negotiating better terms and pricing with suppliers based on data insights. # Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, pricing and availability of materials. # Data analysis w.r.t saving projects and PU spend. # Maintaining the localization projects related data w.r.t cost savings # Monitoring the actual implementation of cost saving targets for department Technology & Tools: # Utilize data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau) to generate reports and insights. # Support the implementation and use of procurement software and analytics platforms. # Support purchasing process automation and digitalization projects Collaboration: # Collaborate with procurement, finance, and Global teams to align data insights with business goals. # Ensure accurate reporting and alignment of KPIs in department. Forecasting & Budgeting: #Assist in forecasting purchasing needs based on historical data and market trends. # Support budgeting efforts by providing detailed procurement spend analyses. # Support forecasting and planning of purchasing KPIs Professional Competency Required: # SAP (MM Module mandatory and SE16 scripts preferred) # MS Office (Advanced Excel and Powerpoint, Access / Query is good have) # Sound experience and knowledge of data analysis and visualisation in BI tools (preferably with data volume) # Knowledge of market trends /prices of raw material and sources # Experience with Management information system (MIS) is preferred Social Competency Required: # Excellent communication and interpersonal skills #Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities # Team player
