What You'll Do: As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for: Leading and motivating your team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Overseeing daily store operations , ensuring smooth and efficient running of the store. Driving sales performance through effective sales planning and execution. Managing inventory control , ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing shrinkage. Handling staff effectively , including training, scheduling, and performance management. Creating a positive and engaging shopping experience for all our customers. Ensuring the store maintains high visual merchandising standards. What We're Looking For: A graduate from any field 2+ years of experience in a retail Proven ability to lead and motivate a team . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Strong understanding of sales planning and achieving targets . Experience with inventory control and retail operations. Ability to handle staff effectively and foster a positive work environment.
