• Perform in-process and final product inspections on using various testing methods (dimensional checks, visual inspections, destructive testing, etc.). • Monitor critical process parameters during production to identify potential quality issues early on. • Collect data and analyze quality trends to identify areas for improvement. • Document inspection results and non-conformance reports. • Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards in accordance with industry regulations and company specifications. • Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with quality management system (QMS) • Investigate and address quality issues, including root cause analysis and corrective action plans. • Collaborate with production teams to implement process improvements and minimize defects. • Generate quality reports and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement. • Analyze data to identify trends and patterns impacting quality. • Present findings to management and stakeholders. • Maintain and update quality documentation including specifications, procedures, and work instructions. • Provide quality training to production personnel on new procedures and quality standards. • Collaborate with engineering teams on new product development to ensure design for quality.
Develop, test, and optimize programs for robotic welding systems ( Yaskawa). Configure and validate welding parameters as per WPS and quality standards.
