Job Description: Account Manager cum Sales Coordinator Department: Sales & Accounts Location: Rohin Sector 24 , Delhi 110042 Reporting To: Director – Sales & Operations Job Summary: The Account Manager cum Sales Coordinator at KLK Weld Solutions will be responsible for managing key customer accounts, coordinating sales operations, and ensuring efficient order processing for welding equipment, consumables, and fume extraction systems. This role combines customer relationship management with strong internal coordination to support the company’s growth and deliver excellent service to industrial clients. Key Responsibilities: Account Management: -Develop and maintain long-term relationships with industrial clients, distributors, and OEM partners. -Handle customer inquiries for welding machines, consumables, and fume extractors. -Prepare and follow up on quotations, proforma invoices, and tenders. -Track orders, ensure timely delivery, and manage client satisfaction post-sales. -Monitor client accounts, coordinate billing, and follow up on payments and collections. Sales Coordination: -Coordinate with the sales, service, and logistics teams for order execution and dispatch. - Support field sales engineers by managing documentation, quotations, and client communication. -Maintain and update customer databases, price lists, and sales reports. - Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending quotations to help achieve monthly sales targets. -Prepare sales summaries and performance reports for management review. Administrative & Support Activities: -Maintain organised records of sales transactions, delivery notes, and invoices. -Assist in marketing activities such as email campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events. -Manage after-sales support, including warranty claims and service coordination with technicians. -Ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
