We’re seeking a Data Analyst to join our Professional Hair Care team. You’ll work closely with global colleagues to extract, process, and interpret data from a business perspective. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with curiosity and a drive to understand complex systems. This position will be part of the business management group, providing support to our product managers, business development professionals, insights analysts, and consultants. Supporting external client requests is part of this role’s responsibilities, and while not formally client-facing, occasional direct client interaction may be necessary. We’re looking for someone with strong Excel and SQL skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate is analytical, comfortable working deeply with complex data, and able to retain and apply a strong understanding of data flows and relationships over time. Key Responsibilities: Load and validate external data from third-party sources into internal systems. Extract, clean, and format complex datasets in response to custom business requests. Execute quarterly data processing cycles and ensure timely delivery of results. Conduct thorough quality control checks to validate data accuracy and system outputs. Develop a deep understanding of data structures, flow logic, and interdependence across the processing pipeline. Collaborate with the Industry team to align data outputs with business context and decision-making needs.
