Role Description We're looking for a Marketing & Growth Executive who can run KlaimPower’s entire digital marketing funnel—from top-of-funnel awareness to lead conversion. This is not a content-only or ads-only role—you’ll be working across Instagram, Meta Ads, SEO blogs, lead magnets, WhatsApp automation, and more. What You’ll Do Build our full-funnel system (IG → Landing → Policy Upload → Follow-up) Run & optimize Meta ads (awareness + retargeting) Script high-performing Reels & Stories Launch lead magnets (eBooks, checklists, quizzes) Set up WhatsApp flows & basic automations Track weekly metrics & report real conversion signals. Who You Are 1–2 years of experience in growth/content/digital marketing You’ve run Meta ads, built lead flows, and edited reels with Canva/CapCut You think in hooks, not hashtags Bonus if you know local markets (Odisha/Tier 2/3) or insurtech/legaltech You’re gritty, fast-moving, and own your outcomes What We Offer Remote-first, flexible setup Direct mentorship & visibility with the founder High ownership.
