Job Title: Academic Counselor – SAP Certification Programs Job Location: Coimbatore Experience: Fresher to 5 years Education: Minimum +2 to Any Graduate Gender Preference: Female Candidates Only Job Description: We are hiring dynamic and target-driven Academic Counselors to promote SAP Global Certification Programs. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about education, sales, and student engagement—offering career guidance to freshers and working professionals. Key Responsibilities: Counsel and convince students and professionals to enroll in SAP global certification training. Handle and follow up on SAP course enquiries to drive conversions. Work towards achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets. Maintain coordination with internal teams for seamless enrollment. Build connections with corporate clients to explore SAP training opportunities. Collaborate with colleges and universities to generate leads of students for SAP programs. (Note: This is a desk-based role, no field work involved.) Requirements: Experience in Education Counseling, Academic Counseling, Sales, Marketing, Inside Sales, or Institutional Sales (0 to 5 years). Strong communication and listening skills in English . Knowledge of any South Indian language (Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam) is an added advantage. Excellent convincing and interpersonal skills. Ability to meet targets in a high-paced environment.
