Key Responsibilities Assist in execution and optimization of Meta Ads campaigns Design Canva creatives for ads, product communication & social Conduct product + competitor research for strategy inputs Coordinate with influencer/content agencies to deliver reels on schedule Support RTO reduction through proactive customer follow-ups Order confirmation and customer communication Ideal Candidate Prior exposure to Meta Ads Manager Strong sense of visual design in Canva Good communication and coordination skills Comfortable working in a target-driven environment Self-organized, eager to learn fast Perks & Growth Full remote flexibility Deep exposure to performance marketing + influencer operations Conversion to a full-time role upto ₹25,000/month after 3 months (based on KPIs) Certificate + Letter of Recommendation If you’re hungry to learn and ready to own outcomes from Day 1, this role is for you.
