Position: Sales Engineer Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Experience Required: 2 to 6 years (Only candidates within this range will be considered, as this is a junior-level role.) Company Overview: Kito India is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to drive business growth across the Gujarat region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for direct industrial sales as well as managing dealer channels to achieve revenue goals. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Identify potential business opportunities and engage customers through a consultative sales approach. Focus on building strong customer relationships and ensuring high satisfaction to drive repeat business. Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products via digital campaigns, exhibitions, and other marketing activities. Channel Development: Recruit, train, and manage dealers. Work closely with distributors and their engineering teams to support sales targets and drive business growth. Customer Engagement: Maintain ongoing communication with customers, organize seminars, training sessions, and product demonstrations to foster long-term partnerships and a positive brand image. New Customer Acquisition: Develop and grow the customer base by targeting new clients and cultivating long-lasting relationships across the region. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the formulation and execution of business strategies for the Gujarat market. Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer requirements. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and timely records of all sales activities and market data. Receivables Management: Ensure prompt collection of payments and manage outstanding receivables effectively. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification is preferred. 2 to 6 years of experience in industrial or capital equipment sales, preferably in the material handling industry. Strong analytical, organizational, and time management capabilities. Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and teamwork skills. Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Proficiency in computer applications and general IT skills. Sound understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati is highly desirable.
