Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Valsad for a Security Supervisor. The Security Supervisor will oversee and manage the security operations at the assigned location, ensuring the safety and protection of personnel, property, and assets. Responsibilities include monitoring security staff, managing schedules, conducting regular security checks, reporting incidents, implementing safety protocols, and coordinating with higher management to address security concerns effectively. The Security Supervisor will also ensure adherence to company policies and maintain a high standard of professionalism within the team. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills for managing security teams and schedules Proficiency in Physical Security practices and ensuring the safety of personnel and assets Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with staff and handle inquiries or issues effectively Experience with Operations Management to implement and improve security protocols and processes Ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations and adapt to operational challenges Familiarity with report writing and incident management processes Prior experience in a similar supervisory role within a security or facilities management environment is an advantage High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in security management or related fields are beneficial
