Job Title: Telesales Executive – Real Estate (Plot Sales) Location: wakad Job Type: Full-Time Experience: Fresher / experience ( Both) Salary: Fixed + Incentives (based on performance) Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our real estate team, specializing in plot sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential buyers, explaining project details, and converting inquiries into site visits and sales. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases or leads. Pitch and promote available residential/commercial plots as per company offerings. Understand client needs and recommend suitable plot options. Schedule and coordinate site visits with potential buyers. Follow up consistently with interested leads to ensure closure.
1.Cleaning: Keeping the office clean and tidy at all times. Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting desks, chairs, and common areas. 2.Tea/Coffee Making: Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and water to staff and guests. Maintaining cleanliness of the pantry and utensils. Other Duties (Optional): Helping with basic office errands like photocopying or document delivery if needed. Assisting in setting up meeting rooms.
Your responsibility will include calling the customers whose leads we provide. As we are working in real estate, you will explain the project details to potential customers and convince them to schedule a site visit. Call prospective customers from the leads provided by the company. Explain project details clearly and effectively. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable project options. Convince customers to schedule site visits. Maintain follow-ups with interested customers until closure. Update call records, customer responses, and follow-up status Coordinate with the sales team for confirmed site visits. Achieve daily/weekly call targets and site-visit targets.
