As a Field Sales Executive, you’ll be the face of Kinetic Age on the ground — meeting families, building trust, and driving conversions. You’ll also handle outbound calling and lead follow-ups to ensure a smooth and high-converting sales funnel. Your day-to-day will include: Conducting on-ground visits to meet prospective customers within a ~20 km radius. Making outbound calls and following up with leads from online inquiries, events, and referrals. Explaining the benefits of Kinetic Age's senior wellness programs and converting free trials into paid plans. Coordinating with physiotherapy and nutrition teams to ensure smooth trial experiences. Maintaining daily CRM updates, tracking conversions, and sharing insights with the sales team. Participating in society events, local wellness drives, and marketing campaigns to build visibility. Achieving and exceeding monthly sales and revenue targets. Who You Are A self-driven, confident communicator who enjoys building relationships. Comfortable with on-ground fieldwork and meeting new people every day. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada (preferred). Experience in healthcare, wellness, fitness, or insurance sales is a strong plus. Proven track record in field sales or direct-to-customer programs preferred.
