Position Title: Workshop Lead Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and organized female to join our team as a Workshop Lead. This role requires hands-on involvement across multiple areas of the business, with a focus on managing day-to-day workshop operations, maintaining our digital presence, and supporting brand development. The ideal candidate will have a background in design or fashion, combined with strong skills in social media and website management. Key Responsibilities: Workshop Management: Oversee daily workshop activities and ensure timely production and quality control Coordinate with designers, makers, and other team members to meet project timelines Maintain inventory of materials and supplies Assist in planning and executing new product development Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage content across various social media platforms Engage with the online community and respond to messages/comments Track social media performance and optimize strategies accordingly Stay up to date with trends in digital marketing and the fashion/design space Website Management: Maintain and update website content, including product listings and blog posts Coordinate with developers/designers for technical updates and improvements Ensure the website reflects the brand identity and is user-friendly Monitor website performance and analytics Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
