Sales & Marketing Officer Kiddie Choice Kidswear LLP., a well-established company in the Kidswear business, is seeking a motivated and proactive Area Sales and Marketing Officer to manage sales and marketing relationships within the Iritty, (Kannur district). The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting existing retail partners, creating new customer relationships, and achieving specified monthly sales targets Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Account Management o Record all sales and expenses related to the business. o Prepare a monthly financial report 2. Coordination o Manage production coordination: We have one in-house tailor and outsource work to third parties during peak seasons when our capacity is exceeded. Close coordination with the tailor is essential. o Material and accessory sourcing: Our materials are mainly sourced from Surat. However, at times we may need to procure materials locally, such as lining fabrics and accessories. o Arrange transportation: You may need to coordinate transport for collecting and dispatching materials. For example, materials delivered from Surat to our Kannur hub will need to be collected with our company seal. 3. Sales Management o Our sales are primarily generated through Instagram and our website. o All sales must be recorded, and coordination with the tailor is required for timely dispatch. You will also need to distribute work among the tailors. o Manage sales coordination for products listed on Amazon and Flipkart. We have an account manager for this, but production coordination will be your responsibility. 4. Customer Relations o You will be provided with a company SIM card and will need to convert inquiries into sales. o Build and maintain good relationships with customers to generate future sales. 5. Business Development Plans o We aim to increase local sales, focusing on products such as Baptism dresses, birthday dresses, and wedding attire. Once you're familiar with the system, sales will increase automatically over time.
