Gave my kia carens for ceramic maintenance and they made dent on the bonet and claiming that it was there before. I know how careful i keep my car and that dent was not there when I gave it. This is completely unacceptable. If the dealer is asking you to go for ceramic then I strictly suggest to deny and get ppf done at better place.
