Khunga Academy is seeking a dedicated, responsible, and compassionate Hostel Warden to oversee the daily management and welfare of students residing in our hostel. The ideal candidate will maintain a safe, supportive, and disciplined environment that aligns with the values of the Academy. Key Responsibilities Ensure the safety, security, and general well-being of hostel students. Supervise daily hostel routines, including attendance, cleanliness, study time, and discipline. Maintain proper records of hostel activities, student behavior, and inventory. Address student concerns, provide guidance, and foster a positive living environment. Coordinate with school administration, teachers, and parents as needed. Enforce hostel rules and regulations consistently and fairly. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred (education or social sciences advantageous). Prior experience as a warden or in student supervision is an asset. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to remain calm, responsible, and approachable. Must be committed to student welfare and institutional discipline.
