Job Title: IT & Office Equipment Support Executive Location: Green Acres, Machwa, Kalwar road, Jaipur, Rajasthan Remuneration: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and reliable professional to manage and maintain all office electronic equipment, including computers, laptops, printers, CCTV systems, and related devices. The candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and ensuring smooth functioning of day-to-day office technology. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain office computers, laptops, and peripherals. Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain CCTV cameras and DVR/NVR systems. Provide technical support for printers, scanners, projectors, and networking devices. Regularly check and ensure all office electronic equipment is functioning smoothly. Perform routine system updates, antivirus checks, and basic networking tasks. Maintain records of repairs, servicing, and equipment status. Coordinate with external vendors for advanced repairs or servicing when required. Requirements: Proven experience in IT support, hardware troubleshooting, and office equipment maintenance. Knowledge of CCTV installation and monitoring systems. Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi setup, routers, switches). Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach. Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred. 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
