Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate at KHD Humboldt Wedag, located in Garhwa. The Associate will be responsible for supporting various aspects of cement plant operations, including equipment maintenance, process optimization, and quality control. Daily tasks may involve collaborating with teams to improve production efficiency, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Qualifications Experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Knowledge of process optimization and quality control Understanding of safety and environmental regulations Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and on-site Relevant experience in the cement industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
