The ideal candidate will balance teaching and assisting dance sessions with managing customer relationships and handling basic accounts and administrative duties. Key Responsibilities: Dance Instruction & Assistance Assist lead instructors in conducting fitness or dance sessions. Support choreography development and class preparation. Demonstrate steps, motivate participants, and maintain class energy. Ensure a safe and positive environment for all students. Customer Relationship Management Greet and engage with clients; handle inquiries and feedback. Manage registrations, renewals, and attendance records. Maintain client satisfaction through timely communication and follow-ups. Coordinate scheduling and event updates via calls, messages, or social media. Accounts & Administrative Support Maintain class fee records, payments, and receipts. Prepare and update daily reports. Assist with billing, basic bookkeeping, and data entry. Support management in tracking performance and reporting. Key Skills & Qualities Strong dance skills (Bollywood, freestyle, or other fitness-based dance). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, proactive, and customer-focused mindset. Multitasking ability with attention to detail.
