Description We are seeking a motivated Relationship Manager to join our team in India. This entry-level position is ideal for freshers looking to kickstart their career in client relationship management. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth. Responsibilities Team Management, Team Development, Team Training, Recruitment,Team leading. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services. Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and satisfaction. Skills and Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with clients. Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and propose effective solutions. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
