Key Responsibilities Financial Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments). Accounts Payable & Receivable : Process invoices, track payments, and manage outstanding receivables. Bank Reconciliation : Match company records with bank statements to ensure accuracy. Payroll Management : Assist in preparing and disbursing employee salaries, benefits, and deductions. Tax Compliance : Prepare and file tax returns, ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Financial Reporting : Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management. Budgeting & Forecasting : Support in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses against forecasts. Audit Support : Provide necessary documentation and support during internal and external audits. Skills & Qualifications Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP). Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and organizational abilities. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (professional certifications like CA, CPA, CMA are a plus).
