The Role: We are seeking an experienced Scrum Manager to lead the Agile execution of a complex data management transformation program with a focus on converting from legacy applications to modern data analytics, incorporating Alteryx. This role will oversee multiple Agile teams tasked with migrating from a legacy environment to an Alteryx-based solution. Team Coaching: Mentor teams in Agile and Scrum practices to improve delivery, quality, and continuous improvement. Stakeholder Alignment: Work closely with Stakeholders and business leaders to prioritise needs and ensure governance and compliance in data handling. Impediment Resolution: Remove blockers to keep teams on track, enabling them to meet critical milestones. Progress Tracking: Use Agile metrics to monitor and communicate progress, risks, and issues to senior management. What we're looking for in our applicants: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification required; additional certifications such as SAFe or PMP-ACP preferred. 8+ years of experience in a Scrum Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Program Manager role, specifically within data management or large-scale transformation initiatives. Experience with Alteryx and SQL technologies. Ability to align data-related initiatives with business outcomes. Proven experience managing multiple Agile teams within complex, cross-functional programs, particularly in data transformation projects.
