✅ Clear understanding of:

• Assets vs. Liabilities
• Equity vs. Drawings
• Expenses vs. Purchases (with and without inventory)

✅ Passionate about mastering accounting
✅ Ready to take charge of company accounts

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily financial transactions
• Generate timely reports
• Forecast and manage receivables/payables
• Assist with budgeting & financial analysis
• Ensure regulatory compliance (Taxes)

What You Must Have:

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel – a non-negotiable skill
• Tech-savvy mindset – confident in document formatting, smart web research, and using tools like ChatGPT & AI assistants
• Flawless communication – both written and spoken
• Strong willingness to learn – with the ability to support directors in smart decision-making
• Vibrant personality – should blend well with a young, energetic team (average age: 32) and contribute to a positive office culture
• 3+ years of relevant experience – preferred but not mandatory for exceptional learners
• Local candidates from Kozhikode – strongly preferred for seamless collaboration
