Key Account Manager (WFO)

Role Overview: As a Key Account Manager (WFO) at MapleTechSpace, your main responsibilities will include preparing offers for purchasing a property, preparing listing agreements for sellers/landlords, managing deal documentation, entering deals into lonewolf software, and providing support to real estate agents in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare offers for purchasing a property and send it for signing. - Prepare listing agreements and upload listings for sale or lease. - Manage deal documentation and ensure all required documents are collected within the closing date. - Enter deals into lonewolf software and familiarize yourself with its functionalities. - Provide on-time support and assistance to real estate agents. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in any relevant field. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Previous experience working with CRM tools preferred. - Proficient in English communication, knowledge of Punjabi, Gujarati, or any other regional language is a plus. - Experience within the real estate industry would be an asset.
