Job Title: Key Account Manager Location: Chennai Reporting to: Head of Sales Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager with strong Sales & Business Development experience in Automation (Non-Electric) or PPE/Safety Products . This role is with a leading MNC specializing in industrial PPE/Safety products. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing key accounts, and expanding market presence through strategic planning. Must have (Mandatory) - Experience in Safety/Protection/Automation (Non Electrical)/Instrumentation Products sold/used in Oil & gas Industry only. Qualifications & Experience Education: Instrumentation Engineer preferred. Experience: Minimum 5+ to 25 years in Sales & Business Development in Automation (Non-Electric) or PPE/Safety Products in Oil & Gas Industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Experience in key account management preferred. Key Responsibilities: Key Account Management Identify and register the company as a vendor with key accounts. Conduct site surveys to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions. Develop strong customer relationships, ensuring frequent engagement and follow-ups. Achieve planned sales revenue and market share growth in the assigned segment. Sales & Business Development Plan and implement sales strategies for PPE/Safety products in the industrial sector. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to generate demand. Manage quotations and proposals, ensuring profitability and value delivery. Must have (Mandatory) - Experience in Safety/Protection/Automation (Non Electrical)/Instrumentation Products sold/used in Oil & gas Industry only.
