Primary Responsibility: The role holder is responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets for a designated geographical area. This includes managing and developing a team of MDEs, building strong relationships with dealers, and executing effective sales strategies to maximize market penetration and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Planning: Assist the Regional Sales Manager in developing a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned area, aligned with the company's objectives and growth targets. Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities and formulate appropriate action plans. Analyze sales data and market intelligence to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management regarding sales strategies, promotional activities, and product development based on market feedback and analysis.
