Job Title: Key Account Manager – B2B Sales | Office Furniture & Workspace Solutions Company: Confidential (Client of Betacore Corporate Services) Industry: Furniture / Interiors / Modular Workspace Solutions Job Type: Full-Time | Field + Remote (Hybrid) Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in B2B Sales Locations Hiring: Bengaluru – 1 Position Hyderabad – 1 Position Job Summary: We are hiring experienced B2B Field Sales Executives for a leading company in the wooden and modular furniture industry . Candidates must have prior experience in client-facing sales roles, particularly dealing with architects, designers, and corporate buyers. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new B2B leads in commercial and corporate sectors Pitch office furniture and workspace solutions to architects, interior designers, and procurement teams Understand client needs and propose customized solutions Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction Maintain CRM data, track pipeline activity, and provide sales reports Attend trade events and industry-specific networking opportunities Requirements: Minimum 1+ year of B2B field sales experience (preferably in furniture, wooden products, or building materials) Language Proficiency: Bengaluru: Kannada and English Hyderabad: Telugu and English Education: 12th Pass, Diploma, or Graduate (any stream) Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and meet targets Must be comfortable with field-based and hybrid work model Preferred Qualifications: Experience in selling modular furniture or interiors Existing network with architects, designers, or procurement heads Familiarity with CRM software and pipeline management Sales or business development certifications are a plus Compensation & Benefits: Salary Range: ₹7 – ₹8 LPA + ₹2 Lakh Performance-Based Incentives Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Work Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off) Interview Mode: Virtual Reporting: Weekly/regular updates to the Sales Manager via calls or virtual meetings Career growth opportunities in a well-established brand Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹627,910.54 - ₹798,495.40 per year Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Experience: B2B sales: 1 year (Preferred) Furniture sales: 1 year (Preferred) Language: Telugu (Preferred) English (Preferred) Kannada (Preferred) Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
