Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Aurangabad Taluka for a Tool Room Supervisor. The Tool Room Supervisor will oversee daily tool room operations, supervise personnel, ensure efficient tooling design and machining processes, and maintain smooth workflows. The role also involves identifying and resolving tooling and fixture issues, maintaining strict quality standards, and ensuring that all tools and equipment are optimized for production efficiency. Qualifications Proven Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively Proficiency in Tooling Design and Machining for precision manufacturing Experience in Troubleshooting and resolving operational issues in tooling and fixtures Familiarity with the design, development, and maintenance of tooling, jigs, and fixtures Strong attention to detail and a focus on maintaining quality standards Ability to read technical drawings and effectively communicate technical requirements Relevant certifications or a diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Tool and Die Making Experience in sheet metal pressings and assemblies is an added advantage
