Role & responsibilities 1. IT Infrastructure Management : Monitor and maintain the plants IT systems, including servers, networks, and hardware. Ensure the availability and performance of IT systems critical to operations. 2. User Support and Troubleshooting : Provide Level 2 technical support for Desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware. As well M365, Entra exchange and Teams application support. Resolve escalated issues from Level 1 support, ensuring minimal downtime. Assist users with software and hardware-related issues. 3. Cloud Management Manage and Monitor cloud services Configure and maintain Azure resources such as virtual machines, storage, networking, and security groups Support identity and access management through Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) for secure authentication and authorization. 4. SAP and Enterprise Software Support : Coordinate with the SAP BASIS and other teams for issue resolution. Assist in SAP-related troubleshooting when required. 5. Network and Security Management : Configure and maintain network devices like routers, switches, and firewalls. Ensure IT security compliance and manage endpoint protection. 6. Documentation and Reporting : Maintain detailed logs of incidents, resolutions, and changes in the IT environment. Prepare periodic reports for IT management. 7. Role & responsibilities 1. Responsible for Coordination with team heat treatment Machine Maintenance & Facility Management activities. 2. Knowledge & Experience in heat treatment Machine like SQF, Gas Nitriding, Nitrocarburizing, Washing machine. 3. Experience in handling the utilities like LPG yard, Nitrogen yard, Ammonia yard & Methanol yard. 4. Monitor and support the shift engineers on time for production concerns. 5. Monitor and maintain as per CQI 9 TUS, SAT, Alaram check list etc. 6. Knowledge and Exposure to OPEX, CIP, Kaizen, Poko yoke, Lean, TPM and 5S 7. Knowledge about the Safety at workplace and proper usage of PPE'S & LOTO 8. Knowledge about the standards like HTSA, IATF 16949/ISO /EOHS. 9. Plan & responsible for Calibration of Heat treatment instruments, Thermocouple, Temperature controller & Pressure gauges 10. Spare part management, Vendor sourcing and resource management. 11. Knowledge about the KPI's and Root cause analysis 12. Adhering to safety law and regulation (Eg: Operational Safety Regulation / OSHA etc.). Continuous improvements on safe working environment and employee safety.

Role & responsibilities 1. Responsible for entire Accounts and finance function, ensure maintenance of proper and accurate books of accounts, month closing activity within due date, ledger scrutiny, reconciliation, check and balances etc. 2. Finalization of annual Accounts, Preparation of financial statement for Statutory Audit & German GAAP audit, liasoning with auditor and ensuring audit closure in time. 3. Handling Treasury transactions, fund management, banking matters, Bank relationship, treasury reports and establishing internal controlling in treasury function etc. 4. Designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal controls. Ensure Internal Financial controls are adhered and maintained by periodic review and liasoning with other departments. 5. Interaction and work closely with Controlling Team, Sales Teams, Production teams, other functional groups, HODs and central HQ Finance Team. 6. Handle Insurance coverage and risk for company, dealing with Insurance agents and ensure all insuramce policies. 7. Results oriented with the ability to work independently while following organisational goals. 8. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Excellent Communication Skills and Good working knowledge of manufacturing in SAP. 9. Good in handling Team and providing guidance and motivation.
