Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field. 2–4 years of experience in upstream oil & gas operations or petroleum engineering. Hands-on experience using software for EOR, well stimulation, or hydraulic fracturing. Strong understanding of petroleum engineering principles and well performance optimization.
