One of the most unprofessional and laid back team. Would not provide necessary support. The app has multiple bugs and signs out on its own. There are multiple discrepancies in the software and the payroll function is also not upto the mark.

Wrost software of my career. Attenadance sync issue, ticket alloaction issue, if employees punch multiple that will show absent. Any one employee can close ticket of any employee and many more issue. Major issue in support system. There is no support system

Not a good software, no control on feature , they have not configured the product as per market standard. They should work on product development otherwise they will fails in this competitive market.

Very Poor service. They had to implement the software at our company in March 2022, but there are still pending issues. Team is very irresponsible and laid back. There is no customer focus authority also that reverts to customer escalation. Very poor service
